The $TEMP folder is usually C:\Users\YourUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp and the logfile is runGIMP-2.10.6-std-(long series of numbers).log Rerun GIMP and when GMIC crashes exit out of it. If I click on gimp.exe, libgexiv2-2.dll is missing. I could not launch it: ScriptsComplex entry point not found in GDIE32.dll. Tried with Windows 7 Home on d:\Gimp-2.10.6-std\. I have built the portable version which won't affect your current installation.
